Capitals head coach Todd Reirden tells the media he is “hopeful” that John Carlson will be able to play in Game 1 vs NYI on Wednesday.
Minnesota Wild defender Ryan Suter injured his right foot in Game 3 vs Vancouver. He had an inconclusive MRI which held him out of Game 4, will have results from another one in Minnesota this week.
